What FCE1 means

FCE1 means the appliance could not connect to your router. On Whirlpool freestanding and slide-in ranges, such as the WFE515S0ES or WFG525S0HV, the guidance lists a connection timeout, weak signal, a router that has failed, the Wi-Fi module in the range, or the wiring around it. Whirlpool built-in wall ovens, such as the WOS51EC0HS or WOC54EC7HS, show the same characters with the same reading, naming the Wi-Fi module. On either one you will see FCE1 and lose the app link while normal cooking stays available.

1. Turn off the appliance's circuit breaker for one minute. 2. Turn the breaker back on. 3. Watch the display for one minute to confirm FCE1 does not return. 4. Check that your router is on and other devices near the kitchen can use it. 5. Verify that the range or wall oven works normally.
